HVAC Policy:
Florida is a natural warm state. It is unusual to turn on the furnace and use heat. The majority of the time, in all seasons, the air conditioning is used. The thermostat will be able to be set within the range of 73 to 80 on cooling. If the outside temperature drops below 65 degrees and it is requested by the guest the heat/cool option can be turned on in the home. The home will heat to a maximum of 69 and will cool no lower than 73.

- Contract with Guest/Vehicle list must be completed in 48 hours after reservation is booked. You must list your vehicle drivers during completion.
- Minimum age to rent is 25 (must be minimum of 25 yrs old while placing the reservation.
- Maximum 2 vehicles (no trailers, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, RVs pr camper vans)
- Security Deposit of $500 is required. This security deposit is placed as a hold on your credit card 3 days prior to arrival. It is reauthorized every few days. It is released within 2 weeks after departure as long as no damage is reported.

- The person who reserve the home must be present during the entire stay. No third party bookings.
- Maximum Occupancy 6
Damages and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

- Only 2 vehicles are allowed per HOA rules. If anyone on the pre submitted guest list is arriving via Uber, Lyft or Taxi, it must be disclosed prior to the arrival date with the first and last name of the guest. The drivers full names of the registered vehicles must be listed within the message platform prior to arrival.
